Change your IP location. Set up IPVanish.
Watching a series away from home? IPVanish lets you choose your connection location and protect your connection on shared Wi-Fi. Choose your server country, connect and open your streaming app.
Choose a country in IPVanish, connect, then open your streaming app. The service sees the VPN server’s IP location instead of your usual one. That can help you access location-dependent services where your subscription and the provider’s rules allow it, while encrypting traffic between your device and the VPN server.

What Disney has confirmed so far
Disney’s June announcement says Journey (working title), an original animated series, was greenlit for Disney+ and in production.
The D23 2026 recap names the new Coven Academy series and an original anime inspired by Kingdom Hearts. These are separate projects at different stages.
Which title has a release date?
Coven Academy: 2 October 2026 on Disney+ in the UK, with all episodes streaming at launch. The recap also labels it a Freeform, Disney+ title; other countries need their own release listings.
Kingdom Hearts: the recap announces an original anime for Disney Channel and Disney+. The cited announcement paragraph gives no premiere date.
Journey: the June greenlight statement confirms its production status and gives no release date.
What Disney’s own release posts can tell you
Disney’s June 2026 release post is explicitly a US update and says library availability varies by region. It is a useful example of why each country needs its own listing, rather than a current schedule for the three shows here.
The viewing option on this page covers Coven Academy in the UK. A regional listing for one programme does not confirm Journey, Kingdom Hearts or another country’s line-up.
How to check for the next official update
Compare the title-specific announcement with Disney’s newer release posts. Check the country covered by each post before using its dates.
- Open the linked Journey announcement or the D23 recap for Coven Academy and Kingdom Hearts.
- Check newer Disney+ release posts for a premiere date or streaming window, and read which country each post covers.
- For the UK Coven Academy release, open Disney+ and check the title page and current subscription offer.
Find Disney+ on Google TV
Search for the app on your Google TV before subscribing. Availability depends on the app and device; these steps apply when its store page is available.
- Press the Assistant button on the remote, or choose Search on the home screen.
- Search for Disney+. If its app page appears, open it and select Install.
Find apps from the Apps tab
You can also browse the Apps tab rather than searching by name. Check the app details and any purchase screen before continuing.
- Open the Apps tab on the Google TV home screen and browse its categories.
- Select the app you want and follow the installation or purchase instructions.
